Lynn serves as the CEO at NJPM, dedicating herself to ensuring exceptional service and high client satisfaction across all operational locations. Her role is pivotal in fostering robust relationships within the communities NJPM serves. Before joining NJPM, Lynn excelled as a licensed real estate agent, working closely with developers and property management teams on new development projects. She is a Certified Pool Operator (CPO) and holds real estate licenses in both New Jersey and New York. Outside the office, Lynn is passionate about fitness and can often be found in boutique workout studios around Jersey City.

Tara serves as the Lifeguard Operations Manager at NJPM, where she plays a key role in overseeing all lifeguard operations. She leads the hiring and staffing of our lifeguard team while ensuring that day-to-day administrative and operational functions run efficiently and consistently. Tara holds a Bachelor of Science from SUNY Oswego and a Master’s degree in Sports Management from SUNY Cortland. She is also certified by the American Red Cross as a Lifeguard Manager. Outside of work, Tara is an avid competitive powerlifter.

Taray is the newest Certified Pool Operator (CPO) on the NJPM team, bringing a strong background in pool maintenance and lifeguarding. Having worked in pool operations for years, he combines hands-on experience with a deep understanding of safety and maintenance protocols. Before joining NJPM, Taray built an extensive career in real estate, where his passion for helping others and attention to detail set him apart. A former Division 1 college football player and state champion wrestler, he brings the same level of discipline, dedication, and teamwork to his role. Known for his considerate nature and commitment to excellence, Taray is a valuable asset to the NJPM team, ensuring every pool he oversees meets the highest standards.

Chris is a Certified Pool Operator at NJPM, responsible for overseeing health inspections and managing all seasonal pool openings and closings. He plays a key role in maintaining strong relationships with property managers and health inspectors, while leading his team to ensure consistent water quality and full compliance with both property requirements and NJPM standards. With deep expertise in filtration systems and pool chemistry, Chris manages day-to-day operations with precision and performs reliably in high-pressure situations, consistently meeting deadlines and exceeding client expectations. Outside of work, Chris is an avid DJ and enjoys performing at events in his spare time.

Anthony has been an integral part of NJPM for over four years, bringing his meticulous attention to detail and deep expertise in pool management to the team. An introvert by nature, he is highly attentive and methodical, ensuring that every aspect of pool operations runs smoothly. With a wealth of experience in the industry, Anthony has been a lifeguard since his teenage years, mastering safety protocols, maintenance, and operational efficiency. His dedication to precision and high standards makes him a trusted professional, committed to maintaining safe and well-managed pools for NJPM’s clients.
