Lifeguard Recruitment, Training and Staffing

Our lifeguards are comprehensively trained by organizations such as the American Red Cross in Lifeguarding, CPR/AED, First Aid, and Pool Operation, adhering to local health authority requirements.

Continuous Monitoring and Support

Area Supervisors routinely visit each facility to conduct systematic checks on equipment, water chemistry, and lifeguard performance. They also provide ongoing training and support to the lifeguard team throughout the season.
